Study in Australia

Australia has a reputation for academic excellence and is one of the best places in the world to live while studying.

Each year, Australia welcomes an increasing number of international students to its universities, institutes, colleges and schools. Many of these students undertake English language training in Australia, either separately or in preparation for other studies.

Australia ranks third in the English-speaking world behind the United States and Britain as an international student destination.

International students are attracted by the excellence of our education and training, our world’s best practice quality and financial assurances, our national qualifications framework and the welcoming environment of our technologically advanced, safe, multicultural society.

Our world’s best practice assurances are based on national legislation covering quality and financial standards for those in Australia on student visas. The suite of laws, based around the recently strengthened Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000, also require registration of each and every course and institution open to international students on student visas.
